Inspire Exchange Ltd, registered in Hong Kong, serves as the operational and logistical backbone, ensuring that every program is safe, professionally managed, and academically rigorous.
Inspire Village is the heart of our operation—a physical and philosophical home base in Sri Lanka where students, volunteers, and educators live, connect, and collaborate with local communities.

Our Story
Sri Lanka—the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean"—is a land of stunning beauty, resilience, and rich cultural heritage. It is also our home. We founded Inspire Village and Inspire Exchange Ltd to help communities in Sri Lanka and to connect its incredible communities with the world in a way that is meaningful, ethical, and reciprocal.

We realized that traditional travel often lacks depth, and conventional study abroad programs sometimes miss the opportunity for genuine impact. We wanted to create something different: a model where service, learning, and adventure are inseparable.

At Inspire Village, participants don’t just pass through; they become part of a story. Whether it’s contributing to educational development, environmental conservation, or community infrastructure, our projects are designed by listening first. We work alongside local leaders, schools, and families to ensure that every project supports the community’s own vision for its future.

For over 15 years, we have had the privilege of hosting over 3000 young people, families, and seniors. We pride ourselves on our in-country expertise, unwavering commitment to safety, and our ability to turn a trip into a transformational journey.
